Raw Materials Analysis
FFAUCET has produced many different metal parts with various brass raw materials, such as lead-free brass, CW617N, CW602N/DZR, Bronze, Nickel bronze, and H59-1. These are components that have to analysis and checked by each bulk order and report. because different faucet and pipe fitting are with density and features.

And make properly to fit the fixed stationary fit tooling for CNC machines. the stainless steel parts only can make from casting and can’t forging due to different raw materials features
Dimensions Inspection
QC&QA managers check valve dimensions and structure in the office, FFAUCET income materials, spare parts inspection, CNC processing check, assembly check, artwork check,water&air pressure check, and the final examination are with a record which includes random check.
Water & Air Pressure Testing
FFAUCET faucet water pressure from 0.05MPa to 0.4Mpa, 1.6Mpa, and 2.5Mpa are available, Chrome-plated with neutral salt spray test or acid salt spray test under different hours as following customers requirement. Sand injection & Gravity Casting Technology
The picture on the left shows the two early processes in the production of faucets. The sand injection and gravity casting of faucets are one of the important process in the production of faucets. We have 10 sand injection machines and three gravity casting machines. The month output of sand injection machines is 300,000pcs and 150,000pcs for gravity casting faucet body. They are busy working for our customers' orders. Thes processes only for faucet body by gravity casting, not including the some faucet body in forging technology.

Whatever our new samples or batch products, we will conduct product performance test, as shown in the right figure. We have flow tester, salt spray tester, sealing tester and other machines to ensure that our products have no quality problems before leaving the factory and they are perfect after a certain service life.
